How It Works

We show you how the Christmas shoebox process works

Contact SchoolsWe aim to work with local schools and organisations who provide us with lists of children who may need some extra cheer at Christmas time.

Donors RegisterDonors can sign up by registering here

Donors Allocated A RecipientEach donor is allocated a child off our list to shop for the week of September 11th. At a minimum we try to provide the donors with the age and gender of the child/children.

Donors Go ShoppingThe donors then shop for their allocated child/ren. The gifts they purchase need to be able to fit in a shoebox.

Wrap & Drop OffOnce finished, donors wrap their Christmas shoebox and drop back to us between 6 November - 19 November 2023.

We Deliver To The ChildrenWe then deliver the shoeboxes to each school and organisation when their list has been completely received. We aim to do this at the start of December.

We aim to complete all deliveries the first week of December!

Gift Guidelines

To make sure everyone is on the same page we have to put some guidelines in place. Please stick these simple rules when buying for your Christmas shoebox:

The price range of shoebox is between $20 - $50
No food
No cash, lotto tickets or gift vouchers
Please wrap your shoebox before dropping it back to us.
You will be allocated a code for your child ( we won't disclose names ), please ensure you write this unique code on your shoebox when it's dropped off
